Mattress Cover
My nephew has severe allergies. His five year old son also has allergies and asthma. Both of them are on medications year round. They need to increase the dosages during the allergy season, and they both also use an inhaler. Recently I started my own home based business. I represent a company that is the world leader in environmental products. We address the three main categories for a person’s well being. These areas are the air that is breathed, the water that is drunk and the nutritional supplements that are used to get the most out of our daily food intake. There is also a full line of bedding and other miscellaneous products. When I first started with the company I did not pay a great deal of attention to the bedding items, however that has since changed. My nephew was told to purchase a mattress cover that has an allergy barrier for himself and his son. My nephew had looked through my products catalog and had seen a mattress cover among the products. He called and asked me to order a mattress cover for his son. He did not think it would be helpful, but he was willing to try anything to help his son get a better night sleep. I brought an air purifier over to their home and sanitized his son’s bed for an hour and a half, and then I placed the new mattress cover on the bed along with a special pillow case cover. My nephew called me the next day to tell me his son had slept through the night. After three weeks of his son getting good nights of sleep my nephew called and asked that I also order a mattress cover and pillow cases for his bed. I placed the order and when it arrived we went through the same sanitization process with his bed prior to putting the mattress cover on. Both my nephew and his son have continued to sleep through the night. My nephew’s son used to wake up coughing so hard that at times he would vomit. Since he has had the mattress cover with the special dust mite and particle blockers he no longer has the coughing spells. Research has shown that dust mites alone can trigger allergy or asthma attacks during sleep. By having an effective barrier between the nose and pillow the attacks do not occur. By getting a good night sleep each night my nephew’s son has more energy during the day. His immune system has also had a chance to improve so he is not missing as much school because he is strong enough to ward off germs and bacteria that he is exposed to. The mattress cover was a great investment for my nephew and his son.
