Make Your Own Birthday Invitations
It's fun being a kid. There's really no two ways about it. I watch my seven year old and her daily lifestyle and it's pretty darn laid-back. She basically gets up for school Monday through Friday, I pick her up at 3:20, she comes home and eats and watches cartoons, she goes outdoors to play with her friends, she comes in to eat dinner that's always prepared for her, she takes a bath with plenty of toys, and she goes to sleep. Then on the weekends she gets to just hang out and play with toys. Wow, that's an easy life if you ask me. I wouldn't hate it. As we grow up, so many more responsibilities come into play. This is no fun. So, in short, enjoy being a kid while it lasts. You'll never get it back once it's gone. Heck, you can even go all out with celebrations and birthday parties, and make your own birthday invitations for fun. How cool is this! It's great to be a kid! Oh yes, it was back in the fourth grade. I was coming upon my tenth birthday. My mother suggested to me, "Why not make your own birthday invitations?" Sure, why not. But, how was I going to go about this? No big deal. My mother and brothers helped me. We first went to one of those local party stores. These places are ideal if you're looking to make your own birthday invitations. They have oodles of supplies to get it done right. Not to mention all the great little toys, party favors and balloons. This stuff is a blast. It was difficult to sort through it all without wanting most of it for myself. If you're a child, then you know how the routine goes. On the other hand, I was there for a reason. I needed to make party invitations for my entire class. I could pass them all out before school started and then see who would come to the party. The kids who came would get a cool little gift bag to take home after the party was over. Now I know kids love this stuff. As it turned out, not every student showed up. This was good for me, because I got to keep the extra goodie bags. That's always wonderful. Hey, are you struggling to make your own birthday invitations? Struggle no more my friend. These days if you want to make your own birthday invitations, it's a synch. Everything can be found at the local Part City superstore. Head over there and see what I mean. JUST LAUNCHED!
